myPredictor is a performance modeling tool that is designed to cater for long term planning of infrastructure assets. It is based on the recommendations in the International Infrastructure Manual. The Key features are:

  • Produces twenty five year financial profiles of funding requirements for a range of service levels.
  • Determines the best level of service that can be provided for a given level of funding.
  • Predicts future condition of the network for increased, reduced or current level of funding.
  • Produces Capital Work Programs by locations and recommends treatments and costings.
  • It can model on the basis of asset condition, service capacity, functionality, criticality and asset adequacy.
  • Integrates with ODM tool for whole of organisation optimised decision making to rank capital projects using benefit-cost analyses (newly released IPWEA ODM manual)
  • Produces reports that can be embedded into Council Asset Mangement Plans.

The set-up and implementation of myPredictor is customised to local needs. Over 30 sites in Australia are utilising myPredictor to determine budgets, produce work plans and predict future service levels.
