Infrastructure Assets: A central strategic register pre-populated for over 40 infrastructure asset classes for all tiers of governments, ie 40 government specific classes including facilities, parks and open space, fleet, buildings and structures, retaining walls, river walls, wharves, dams, GPT units, roads, footpaths, lighting, signs, landfills etc.
Operational Assets: Records and manages operational assets across all tiers of government and other infrastructure custodians. The Plant and Fleet module includes fields and management tools that cater for plant and fleet’s unique requirements, with over 800 fields and 50 formulae inbuilt.
Audit Trails: Records key events in an asset’s lifecycle, including inventory, attributes, condition, valuation and other key attribute changes over time.
Asset Navigation Tree: Logically separates different infrastructure and operational asset classes into several levels of navigation based on the unique relationships and hierarchies of infrastructure assets.
Asset Templates: Create pre-defined setups for different types of assets for easy and consistent addition of these common asset types.
Advanced Searching Capabilities: Advanced searches make analysing strategic register data and creating custom reports very simple for end users. Reports can be created that entail register data and complex cross-table relationships (eg valuations, customer requests, maintenance, works, documents etc). The asset data can be manipulated very easily, including grouping and filtering results.

Asset Valuations

myValuer includes an asset life cycle costing tool including critical failure modes, and provides automated valuations and annual financial reporting based on the AAS. The depreciation method reflects the pattern of consumptions as per AAS.

Media Management

Associate photos, documents and product manuals at an asset or asset class level. These files can be stored within myValuer or created as a URL link to dedicated Enterprise Document Management (EDM) tools.

State Government Interfacing Standards: Interfaces with standard State Government Main Roads data collection and reporting standards, including for QLD Roads Alliance, NSW RTA and Main Roads WA.
Finance Systems and Datasets: myValuer has the ability to interface with internal third-party Finance systems, Electronic Document Management (EDM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and other proprietary systems, using pre-packaged integration setups.
Data Exchange: An inbuilt Data Exchange module allows interfacing to a range of third-party systems and datasets.

Standard Reports: There are over 20 standard reports included within the Assetic products, based on Australian standards and reporting requirements, including Australian Accounting Standards, VIC STEP, NSW DLG, WA WAAMI, QLD, TAS and SA state guidelines.
Custom Reports: Several custom report building tools are provided, including an Advanced Search which allows end-users to undertake advanced queries and filtering of data in a user friendly manner.
Export Reports: All reports can be exported and transferred in a range of common formats (PDF, Word, Excel, CSV, JPG etc), as well as printable hardcopy reports having been pre-formatted.

Prediction Modelling: Reports on asset performance, standards and condition. When combined with myPredictor users can analyse future budget allocations and produce prioritised capital works programs based on optimisation analysis.
User Definable Structure: The system has a totally user definable structure to enable condition, capacity and functionality data to be captured, collated and reported at the Strategic Asset Management (SAM) Level.
Condition Assessments: Completely definable rating scales and criteria are available at several levels. Users may use attribute-level raw data for project level treatment decisions, maintenance and capex programs etc. Total condition may be used for valuation and network level prediction analysis.
Condition Index Reporting: Organisations can easily determine the current status of their asset stock with respect to condition, capacity and functionality.
Remaining Life: Remaining life profiles are determined for each component used in the modelling and are developed and tested using a consultative approach with our clients. Assetic provides access to numerous benchmark models with calibration then undertaken by local staff, using real-life outputs.

Risk Management

Records and manages risks associate with agency infrastructure assets, and plant and fleet assets based on AS/NZS.

Extensible Development Platform: myValuer is built upon robust Microsoft C# .NET libraries and database technologies to enable high quality and regular product updates.
User Access Control: The system is designed for network deployments that have a number of different tiers of user access control requirements, myValuer includes the ability to configure fine-grained user and group access control to all asset management and report functions.
Asset Register Customisation: myValuer is geared to provide a comprehensive and complete set of asset structure, requisite fields and navigation hierarchy for Infrastructure and Operational asset classes. Fields and data dictionaries however, are customisable by IT and Power Users to suit a site’s unique requirements.
Customisable Reporting: The sytem includes report building tools to develop complex queries. It also supports fully customisable reports being developed by IT and Power Users in XtraReports, or other tools such as Crystal Reports, which can then be embedded within myValuer.
