Assetic provides local government training programs based on systemically developed templates, workbooks and toolkits that have been derived from years of on-ground experience.
Each program has been tailored with specific case-study material and is based on the competency criteria set out in the Australian National Authority Guidelines for Local Government.
The development of key content for Council's Asset Management System Implementation, including the development of data collection methods, are delivered through a skill transfer training process of facilitated workshops. This makes the process very robust and there is ownership at all levels. Further advanced needs-based training can be provided on request. So far, Assetic has trained over 1,500 Council staff in the last four years through a dedicated training program.
We also offer a certified software-based unit in Advanced Asset Management through Bond University, which provides practical learning in Condition Inspection Methods, Assessment Techniques and Performance Modelling.
